Linker, a 34- year employee of General Motors, will be' at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Eline funeral establishment, 11824 Reisterstown road in Reisterstown. Mr. Linker, 57, died Friday at Washington Center Hospital in Washington of complications following a coronary bypass operation. He was a receiving clerk at GM's Parts Division in Dorsey.

Born in Baltimore, Mr. Linker graduated from Franklin High School in 1944. He served in the Navy during World War II. He began his career with General Motors in 1950. A year later, he married the former Marjorie co*ckey, and the couple moved to Owings Mills in 1954.

In his many years of community service, Mr. Linker was president of both the 4th District Democratic Club and the Reisterstown Lions Club. A life member of the Reisterstown Volunteer Fire Company, he also belonged to Buc's Club, the Reisterstown Moose Lodge and Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. Mr. Linker is survived by his wife, Marjorie C.

Linker, of Owings Mills. Charles W. Miller, Jr. Retired phone engineer Services for Charles W. Miller, a retired telephone engineer, were held last Monday in Denver.

Mr. Miller, 79, died at the Valley Hi Nursing Home in Denver on May 9. He had been ill for several years. A native of Baltimore, Mr. Miller began working for the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company when he was 18.

He was trained by the telephone company and took courses at Johns Hopkins University and the Maryland Institute of Art. He married the former Elizabeth Ruth Miersch in 1933. In 1951, Mr. Miller and his family moved to Denver, where he worked as a telephone engineer for Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company until his retirement in 1965. Mr.

Miller was a member of the Boumi Temple, the Tall Cedars and the Sharon Masonic Lodge in Baltimore. He worked with the Masons to raise money for Shrine Hospitals for Crippled Children. In Colorado, he belonged to the Scottish Rite of Free Masonry and the Telephone Pioneers. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Miller, of Denver; a sister, Elsie Saffran, of Baltimore; a son, Raymond Miller, of Brisbane, a daughter, Eileen Watson, of Aurora, and four grandchildren.
