Humans have set limitations in that they're humans and are not likely to evolve much in the next 10 years. Alpha Zero, on the other hand, will get better with every iteration. After all, it took only 4 hours for it to teach itself to play at a world-class level. Since the strongest human on the planet, Magnus Carlsen, doesn't even try to beat Alpha Zero, it's a pretty safe bet that no human will ever again beat these computers on their strongest level.
